At STS Concealment, we work hard to deliver high-quality, American-made holsters with dependable service. Please review our shipping and return policies below before placing your order.


Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
All orders are built and shipped within 5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Many of our products are made-to-order, and this lead time ensures proper quality control and fitment.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping upgrades apply only to transit time once the order has shipped.
Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce or change our production lead time.

Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier at our discretion. Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and service efficiency.


Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt of your order.

RMA Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being sent back.
Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused.

To request an RMA, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • In complete, resalable condition

  • Free of excessive wear, modification, or damage

  • Returned with all included hardware and components

Returns are inspected upon receipt.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to an inspection and may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on condition.

Return Shipping

In most cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.


Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

STS Concealment holsters are backed by a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Improper use or modification
